The Basics

What You Get

Access to AI automation agents, CRM integrations, 24/7 support, and ongoing optimization

What You Pay

One-time setup fee + monthly subscription. No hidden fees, no per-usage charges beyond your plan

Cancellation

30-day notice required. Export your data anytime. No penalties, no lock-in contracts

Fair Use

Reasonable usage for your business size. We'll contact you before any limits are enforced

Service Agreement

Service Availability

  • 99.9% uptime SLA (excludes scheduled maintenance)
  • Scheduled maintenance announced 7 days in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice
  • Service credits issued for SLA violations (pro-rated refund)

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and business information
  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential
  • Use service only for lawful business purposes
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
  • Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

Our Responsibilities

  • Maintain service security and data protection
  • Provide 24/7 customer support via email/chat
  • Give 30 days notice of material changes to service or pricing
  • Process data requests within required timeframes
  • Maintain SOC 2 compliance and security standards

Data Ownership & Usage

  • You own all data you input into our system
  • We use data only to provide services and improve AI models
  • We never sell your data to third parties
  • You can export or delete your data at any time
  • Data retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

Payment & Billing

Billing Cycle

Monthly or annual billing. Charged on the same day each period.

Setup Fees

One-time fee charged upon service activation. Non-refundable after work begins.

Price Changes

30 days written notice required. Current contract honored until renewal.

Failed Payments

Service suspended after 7 days. Account terminated after 30 days of non-payment.

Refunds

Pro-rated refunds for SLA violations. No refunds for voluntary cancellation.

Taxes

Prices exclude applicable sales tax/VAT. Added at checkout based on location.

Prohibited Uses

Don't do these things. Violations result in immediate termination.

Illegal activities or violation of any laws
Harassment, abuse, or threatening communications
Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
Violating intellectual property rights
Attempting to breach security or access unauthorized systems
Reselling service without written authorization
Automated scraping or excessive API usage

Liability & Limitations

When we're responsible—and when we're not

Service Interruptions

Limited to pro-rated refund for downtime exceeding SLA. Maximum liability: 1 month subscription fee.

Data Loss

We maintain backups but are not liable for data loss. Users responsible for maintaining own backups of critical data.

Third-Party Integrations

Not liable for failures of third-party services (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Best-effort support provided.

AI Errors

AI agents may make mistakes. Not liable for business decisions made based on AI output. Human oversight recommended.

Maximum Total Liability: Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. This doesn't limit liability for death/injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can't be limited by law.

Cancellation & Termination

You Can Cancel:

  • Anytime with 30 days notice
  • Export all your data before termination
  • No penalties or cancellation fees

We Can Terminate:

  • Immediately for prohibited use violations
  • After 30 days non-payment
  • With 90 days notice if we discontinue service

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes require 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. You can cancel without penalty if you disagree with changes.

We'll always post the updated date at the top of this page.
